Faucet would not mount properly. Nuts would not screw all the way up to sink bottom. Had to go out and find spacers.

The Moen Darcy two-handle centerset bathroom sink faucet, model number WS84550SRN installs onto a ¼” minimum deck thickness and a 1-3/16” maximum deck thickness. Nice faucet!
Very happy with our Moen Darcy; smooth and easy installation. Kudos to Moen for extending the threads on the mounting shanks -- we'd had some difficulty in 2020 with our Moen Essie (threads didn't extend far enough to capture the supply line nut, noted by reviewers). The good news is that the threads are extended on our 2022 Darcy (photo 2), so no problem attaching BrassCraft supply line. We’re becoming a Moen-only household, photo 3 shows our older Moen Kaden and Essie, still looking brand new!

Has some design flaws
We have always purchased Men products due to their quality, long warranty and OUTSTANDING customer service. We had to purchase this faucet on the spur of the moment since the plumber was at our house and said the old fixture (came with the house-NOT Moen) was not longer usable. This is in my wife's bathroom and she finds the handles to be very thin and not very pleasing to the touch. The main issue is with the design and placement of the lift rod handle. It was in the back of the fixture which in itself makes it more difficult to operate. In addition, the lift rod has a top that is designed for a finger to pull and is 1 inch long instead of a simple knob. This results in only a 1/8 inch clearance from the sink backsplash. Adding to the difficulty the lift rod is angled towards the backsplash instead of straight up and down. I hate to say it, but this may lead us to replace this Moen product with another fixture that will not make closing the drain so difficult.

Garbage
Rod for stopper comes out angled towards the wall. If you don't have enough clearance between faucet and wall it won't work. You'll figure this out once everything else is installed.

Nice Faucet
The Kohler faucet for my guest bathroom sink started leaking from the cartridge, and I could not replace the valve without a special (Kohler-only) tool, so I purchased this (in chrome) to replace it. It's a nice faucet - looks great, and pretty straightforward installation. My only gripe is that, as another reviewer noted, the threads on the brass pipes to which you connect the 1/2" supply line are odd. The other reviewer characterized it as a lack of thread opening. Mine had a perfectly-cut thread opening; it's just that the threads didn't start at the base of the brass pipe. (See image.) It was a little difficult to get the supply line threaded on by hand, although once it was on, a few turns with a wrench gave a solid connection. My only other gripe was that I ordered this online along with two supply lines to save myself a trip to Home Depot. Unfortunately, whoever packed my shipment failed to include the supply lines I had ordered, so I *still* had to make the trip (and spend time on the phone to get refunded the cost of the lines). One other note: I found this same faucet on another online retailer, but it was quite a bit cheaper at Home Depot!

Beautiful faucet but a couple design flaws.
We purchased this faucet because I liked the shape and it matched our shower faucet. Thank goodness we hardly ever use the stopper because it is not easy to use. We have a backsplash on our vanity top and space is tight behind the faucet to pull up the stopper and it pulls up at an angle so it hits the backsplash when it is raised. My other criticism is the ring around the drain. This ring angles up towards the drain so there is always a small amount of water that can't drain out. The faucet is really nice looking and looks great in our bathroom. We just had it installed so we shall see how the finish holds up.

Beautiful but check the threading.
The design of Darcy is nice & my bf raves abt Moen. We are both upgrading & bought 5 units (3 for him & 2 for me). Somehow, I got a unit that had no thread opening. Was at Home Depot asking for which hose to match. The guy & I realized it was defective threading cz he couldn’t attach it either.
I buy a new unit & return immediately (exchange). At the return counter, we open it & that unit was also defective (Nov’20 production). We opened 3 boxes & found a unit that took the threading.
My bf got his installed & it looks beautiful. Awaiting install at my place soon. Excited!
