Water stream splashes and is oddly inconsistent
I bought this in faucet in chrome. The water stream is awful. As one person wrote it comes out in 3 separate small streams and then splashes up onto the counter. You will get wet. It was installed by a professional, he's taken it apart and tried to fix it but thinks it's a defect in this particular faucet. So now it's paid for and installed and does not work correctly. I do not recommend. It's a nice looking faucet and seems like it's well made if only it worked.

Widespread 2-Handle Bathroom Faucet should have a twisting ribbon flow pattern, if the flow is coming out in separate areas, this indicates the part was likely damaged by debris/sediment coming through after installation. The amount of splashing may reduce after installing a new aerator, however, the depth and shape of the sink bowl will also play a role. Warning...
There are several different models of the Genta faucet. Home Depot offers the lower-end model that has a non-aerated spout, which causes a lot of splashing into the sink. We found this out the hard way.

Nice faucet. Will live with it for now.
Nice faucet, the water on discharge twists, and when washing hands there is a lot of water Splash from the stream. The faucet end is rectagular, however to describe this best the water twists and seems splash more than another round faucet ends.

Sturdy Set
Put this in our Hall bathroom during remodel. Very satisfied with the quality. These pieces Are heavy and makes us feel the will withstand the normal wear and tare of daily use as well as the test of time.

Don’t purchase Moen bathroom products
We purchased two Moen bathroom products and both are failing basic use. We remodeled our home and moved back in on September 10.
This faucet is gorgeous. I love everything about it. The water stream even looks pretty. But the paint is coming off on the cold handle. This became noticeable at the end of October. Not even two months and it looks horrible. The quality of this product is good but not the paint job. I paid for a matte black faucet! I do not recommend.

Great features and touch
I just replaced a similar faucet that used rubber washers instead of ceramic stops. I love the touch and feel of the new faucet and the secure way it shuts off. The spout directs the flow of water better without splashing. One unexpected thing I noticed was the appearance of "whitish rings" on the countertop around the valves. It turns out they are reflections off the chrome finish depending on which light I use.

Sloppy stream! Huge waste of time!
I have spent 2-3 hours trying to install this Genta faucet from Home Depot. We turned it on the “flow” came out sputtering in every direction. Then, the last instruction in the book said the product needed to be flushed(after it was completely installed???then it gets unassembled?)We tried that! Then, he looked for an aerator in the top part we found that, there was a tiny o-ring blocking it. Removed that..nothing worked.Still trying. Super waste of time!
