Recommend with Caution
The fixture is really gorgeous made of great materials; HOWEVER, this does not come with the adapter for the tub faucet meaning my contractor had to rig it to make an extended to adapt and now its leaking. How do all the cheap fixtures come with this adapter but an expensive, well known brand like Moen not? He is renovating my bathrooms and would’ve thought replacing my existing Moen fixture with another Moen would be seamless but it’s anything but. Day 3 of trying to make this work.

We are sorry to hear that the Genta Single-Handle 1-Spray Tub and Shower Faucet in Matte Black (Valve Included) did not meet your expectations. The 82760BL includes an IPS (threaded) spout, Moen does not manufacture tub spout adapters. Step 4.3A on the included installation guide will have instructions on how to calculate the proper length for the proper pipe length. Shower head leaks an awful lot Professiona install
I am a contractor with a Home Depot Pro account and I am telling you DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
Looks beautiful but when pouring water through the bath spout the shower head leaks so much water that you think you're taking both a bath and shower!
The valve is defective in its design and they should own up to it. Assume their loss and reimburse clients for plumber's fees to replace this product.
If you want to contact me Moen. Feel free but this is an honest review from a professional!

Have a problem with water pressure
I have this model installed recently and the water pressure is not so great. The old shower head was working fine but we have our bathroom remodelled so we needed a different look. Any advice?

Flaky Finish
I’ve had this installed for 5 months and the matte black finish is flaking off the drain and looks horrible. Poor quality!

Beautiful Product!
I bought this set to replace the existing fixtures as part of a shower remodeling project. Not only do they look great but I have received a ton of compliments on them. The matte black is very well done and 6 months in they still look brand new. The matte black is effective at hiding both fingerprints and water streaks so you don't need to wipe them down as often as you would regularly. Installation of the lever handle is extremely simple if you already have a Moen Posi-temp installed in your system. Moen as a brand conveniently carries conversion kits for the tub spout if needed as well to convert from a threaded spout to straight pipe (this product works with both methods). My only recommendation is the use a longer arm as 6" allows water to drip onto the top face of the bathtub.
