I looked at many brands and designs, and I am definitely a Moen girl. Everything I picked out was Moen. I went with the Hensley because it matches the handles on my vanity. The sleek look, perfect lines with slight curves which soften the overall look. Installing this toilet paper holder was so easy. It comes with a Press and Mark feature, which helps mark the wall for the screws. All I needed to do is make sure it is leveled, and press. Everything after that is straight forward. NOTE: BE SURE to give it a little space between the 2 sides for the arm to lift up in order to put the toilet paper in. After installing, when lifting the arm, I realized I didn't give it enough space. I can feel the arm scratching the metal on the left as it lifts upward. I'm okay with it since it covers the scratched area, but it is still annoying. If you have even a slight case of OCD, it will bother you. :-)

It looks great as part of our bathroom remodel project. The press and mark feature made installation easy. The worst part was having to use an allen wrench in order to lock onto the bracket. Even though they install the same way, out of all the accessories we purchased from the Hensley collection, this was actually the most difficult to install because of the limited space for my body to while trying to hold it and tighten with the allen wrench.

looks great
It was a little difficult to get this level. Somehow you have to hold both ends at the same time, and since they arent connected to keep them steady it’s a bit difficult. I ended up putting it up then having to remove it because it wasnt level. I eyeballed it the second time. Overall I’m happy with the look though.

I really like this tp holder. It seems to work very well and is also made well. I was able to get the matching towel ring and have installed both in our half bath. This unit has a unique mounting system that actually marks the wall when you press it against the wall. This greatly helps in marking exactly where your screw holes need to be. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because it still uses an allen set screw for the actually mounting. I have installed others that have gone away from the allen set screw and are much easier to mount.

Easy to install and fashionable
It is comical how installation has turned the corner to favor the non-handy man. This holder now comes with the "press and mark" installation system, where you need a bottle of rubbing alcohol to "activate" the marks, which you just press onto the receiving surface to mark where you need to drill. Once you mark, you just drill and install. Couldn't be easier. The holder is than fashionable and I really like the pivoting bar now - which makes changing the toilet paper extremely easy. We are quite happy.

Moen Hensley Pivoting Double Post
Obviously this is a beautiful toilet paper holder. But it has some rather unique features to mount, and the pivoting feature is rather unique over the typical spring loaded holder.
I've included some pictures of the pivoting feature, since I couldn't find any reference exactly what is meant by pivoting. The one post has the holder attached to it and simply it pivots and latches to the other post when changing rolls.
Installation is a breeze as illustrated with the Press and Mark.
The Good:
+ A high quality product from a well respected company
+ Pivoting arm to change rolls. I also noticed this is quieter than the typical spring load. I imagine this is because the arm does not spin.
+ Simple installation with Press and Mark
+ Aesthetically pleasing
+ Limited lifetime warranty
The Not So Good:
- Nothing!
This is a highly recommended product.
