Worked great until it fell off
I installed this about 18 months ago and was very happy because it gave me an additional option to dock my showerhead. However, last week I was disappointed to find the shower head and the attachment on the floor and the rubber backing curled up on the wall. I don’t think it was a problem in installation because it did work for 18 months. It appears that this attachment cannot hold the weight of the showerhead for more than a few minutes at a time. I don’t expect I would be purchasing a replacement and neither is it possible to fix this one.

These Magnetix docks work great !
The key is in the installation. Clean area with alcohol and dry area using a hair dryer (Medium Heat). Wait 30 minutes and then install the adhesive disk backing to the tile. Once in place , use a hair dryer (Medium Heat) for 5 minutes while pressing the disk in place. Let cool and don't bother it for a few hours. Next twist the Magnetix unit onto the dock until you hear the snap indicating it is locked in place. Now, I let is sit for 48 hours before I used the shower to play safe. Most of the complaints in my opinion are mostly due improper install and give the device's adhesive time to cure. After showering, I gently wipe any water away from the Magnetix docks. They work great and they are a life-saver. Makes it easier to use shower head and not have to hold it.

Love the look and sturdyness of magnet. Very nice looking and comes with multi setting, which also love.
Love it, recently remolded bathroom and wanted an alternative way to have the hand held at a height that is reachable, instead of reaching up to grab it when i needed it. I had it mounted to my tile instead od using the tape. Strong magnet. Would recommend

Bought Two-Both Failed
I bought two of these and they both failed. After 1 day, the first one fell off the wall and wouldn't stay up when I tried to reattach it. I thought maybe there was a flaw in it, so I bought another. It did the same thing!
I really like the accessibility it gives to lower the shower, but it is totally useless. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money.

Didn’t work with sticker
Stick on option failed in weeks and I no longer have the screws. I loved it when it worked. Now to get the black circle of stickiness off my brand new wall!
