Q:The first time I used the side sprayer it would not divert back to the faucet. A subcontractor installed the faucet during remodel prior to purchase. There is a T-section connecting the lines below the faucet. What or where may be the issue? Thank you.

Disappointed.
We replaced a Delta kitchen sink with this Moen after reading all the positive reviews. We've had it for a couple years and have had to have a plumber come and tighten the handle three times so far, which loosened so much that the top in full position (cold) actually hit our windowsill. There is like a inch "loose give" swiveling between cold and hot. We're looking for another faucet, but don't think we will get another Moen...nor can I recommend this one.

I love the way it matches my black kitchen sink!
We had our next door neighbor assemble and install this faucet. He did a terrific job. He said it was easy and the instructions were easy to read. I have a black kitchen sink and I've been dreaming of the day when I can purchase a faucet that matches perfectly.

A Super Faucet
A very functional and attractive faucet at a reasonable price. Installed easily and the swivel left and right works very well [lower quality faucets can be stiff when swiveling]. The hand sprayer works perfectly too.
