Broken Moen Shower Head
Once i had the unit installed and turned the water on it began spraying my ceiling. A gasket had popped spraying water at a connection. I uninstalled it, put my old shower head back and returned it gor a refund. Plastic junk for $170. Im a plumber and typically love Moen.

I spent a long time reading reviews about a TON...
I spent a long time reading reviews about a TON of shower heads. It's hard to choose when there are both great reviews and terrible reviews for products like these. Something important about this shower head is the GPM (it's the highest "legally" allowed) so that had me leaning toward this one. And I enjoyed that there were multiple setting for the detachable head. I personally am enjoying this shower head. I feel that we got the best for what we paid. We have had no issues with it.

Wonderful product and even better customer service
I absolutely love this combo shower head! The large rain-shower style is beautifully designed and it's functionality is great. Being able to switch from 1 to both shower heads, without compromising on water power, is so helpful as well. The rain-shower head has a nice range of mobility and the handheld is plenty long. Great for washing multiple humans, dogs, plants, and hosing down the bath!
After having this for a few years the nut did detach from the unit - something that I could not fix myself. I called Moen to ask about their warranty and they quickly fixed the issue by offering to send me a new one. I'm so pleased with their commitment to customer service and will recommend this shower head, and any of their products!
