Consider changing to the high-flow 2.2GPM internals for better pressure/flow. Otherwise, very nice piece. Finish is still excellent after over two years of use. The fittings remain tight and is no wobble like some of the cheaper brands.

I returned this product because the black paint was not evenly painted on the pump. You could still see the silver metal on the pumping apparatus (see image). I am going to order another one to see if maybe the one I received was a one-off. I liked the feel of the pump though - not cheap feeling and very sturdy. Hope second one has a proper paint job!

Received the item today and I’m not happy with it . It is damaged and it looks like it was used for display as a sample. I’m returning the item tomorrow.

Looked at many other brands but knew it would be this Moen. Also it was the one matching our new brushed nickel flow motion faucet. The Moen soap dispenser feels solid and has a great design.

Very nice.
I was skeptical about buying one of this type faucet. I have seen many that don't return fully. I had to work with my installer to get the pull out range correct and the weight right for the return docking. Now if I pull the head out for spraying, it pops right back up correctly when I turn the water off.
It lost a star for these reasons:
1) Price point is too high.
2) The water flow is restricted somewhere in the fixture. I know the idea is to save water but I use more to rinse because the pressure is low.
3) The water valve handle take some getting used to.
