All pieces I ordered for our bathroom remodel arrived with no damage. I ordered the towel ring to match my Voss faucets & other Voss accessories. I love the beautiful design of all the pieces but found the ring to be on the chinsy side. The ring is not solid, as in, the back is hollow and unfinished. It doesnt show, of course, since it's against the wall but just feels cheap. The base is sturdy and attached to wall fine. I would still recommend just to complete the look.

Love the Moen Voss collection, not the towel ring
We have added a new master bathroom and wanted the fixtures and accessories to match. The towel ring is not as functional as I was hoping for. I assumed that it would swing/swivel. It does not. It is very stationary. I hope that it doesn't break when someone tries to get it to move. I just had it installed so I haven't gotten to use it everyday yet.

Perfect For Bathroom Remodel!!
Purchased the brushed nickel towel ring and it was easy to install. The ring comes with 2 Molly bolts and an Allen wrench for the set screw below the towel bar base. This towel bar can only be installed in ONE DIRECTION (as pictured). That little line seen with enlarging the photo is not able to be separated (base from the bar) and then turned around so that the open end faces right instead of the left view as seen in the photo. The set screw is loosened with the enclosed wrench and the metal plate is installed to the wall. Then the towel ring is set over that and the set screw which is on the bottom of the base is tightened. This makes for a modern & sleek design. The brushed nickel finish matches well with other Moen products (grab bars & curved shower rod/rings). It also matches well with Delta stainless (their name for brushed nickel finish) faucet and shower head. As far as hand towels go, it does hold a folded hand towel well and its easy to remove and put back. The towel ring is the right size to accommodate a normal sized hand towel. It is not for use as a bath towel holder.

Cheap, hollow ring
I purchased this thinking, based on the price, the ring portion would be solid, or at least have a back. Instead, the ring itselt is thin and hollow, ie, only three sides. Amazingly cheap fabrication for the exorbitant price. I will be returning the ring, along with the other items (toilet roll holder and towel bar - which is very lightweight and has joints to the wall attachment that don't completely connect. Again, poor quality control
