Faucet came apart
The faucet not only started squirting water all over, but it has come part. There is no obvious way to tighten it back on, but I'm hoping that Moen comes up with a solution.

We just picked up our order from the store, and the box was cut open. We checked the parts again...
We just picked up our order from the store, and the box was cut open. We checked the parts against the list and most of the big pieces were there. Hopefully there's no small piece missing when we assemble the faucet.
It looks really nice from what we see. Can't wait to install it in our kitchen.

good replacement,But---
Received this faucet as a replacement for a model no longer available.The small feed lines restrict the water flow from the faucet and the sprayer has very little pressure.The sprayer does not set firmly in its base.

Heavy built faucet
The quality of this faucet is exceptional! Great finish and is stunning. When I moved, I took my Waterhill faucet with me. The new owners wanted a pull out spout faucet which I am no fan of, so I bought them one.

The faucet looks very nice, just as pictured. So far, so good with it; but having had trouble with other faucets in the past, I hesitate to give this one a five-star review at the outset. It does feel more substantial than the faucet it replaces.

SPRAYER BRONZE FINISH DOES NOT MATCH SET
If you buy the oil rubbed bronze the sprayer that comes with this set is NOT the same bronze finish as the faucet and handle pieces. I thought it was a return that got swapped out incorrectly but other reviewers other sites confirmed the same issue. The sprayer nozzle head matches but the body and counter base it sits on are completely different bronze. Unfortunately I did not un-bag the sprayer until after I had installed the other pieces. Maybe Moen intended this just trying to use common materials to other faucets. Either that or they just have their parts mixed. It's not a huge difference but very noticeable to me. Our sink area has lots of light. Disappointed as this could be a nice faucet set otherwise.
