Product Overview
Standard foam underlayment is a must for any floating (laminate, floating engineered hardwood) floor installation. Providing help with stability, support, noise reduction and locking system between flooring joints. Suitable for installation over wood subfloor however can be installed on concrete if 6 mil vapor barrier is used in conjuction. The foam underlayment helps absorb sound when walking on and hides minor imperfections from the subfloor.

This product was put on my concrete floors before the luxury vinyls. Omg. Absolutely a sound dampening experience. Shockingly make my vinyls soft like walking on HEAVEN.

The provided adhesive does not hold. I tried to use it, but all I managed to do was waste time
Hold it down with masking tape.
A moisture barrier is all you need, and that is exsacly what this is.
