This MRCOOL DIY 18,000 BTU 1.5 Ton 2 Zone Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner and Heat Pump with Wall Mounted Air Handlers bundle includes: 18K BTU Condenser, one 9K BTU Wall Mount, one 12K BTU Wall Mount, 16/25ft. Quick Connect lines (1/4 X 1/2), 2 Remotes, and 2 Smart HVAC Wi Fi kits. The 9K BTU Wall Mount is capable of heating and cooling up to 300 Sq Ft. The 12K BTU Wall Mount is capable of heating and cooling up to 500 Sq Ft. MRCOOL offers an easy DIY ductless mini split installation with their patented DIY pre charged quick connect line sets that makes connecting refrigerant piping as simple as turning a few wrenches. The innovative Gold Fin anti corrosion technology makes this a great choice for those in coastal regions where corrosion is more likely. With a sleek design and quiet operation, the mini split wall mounted air handler is efficient and economic. Whether it be new construction, retrofit, greenhouse, server room or anything between they are designed to effectively and efficiently cool and/or heat your desired location. It can be operated with the included remote, Alexa, or Google Assistant. This system is backed by a 7 year compressor warranty and 5 year parts warranty.

      Q:How well will the Mr Cool warm a well insulated 500 sq ft space with 8 ft ceiling on a 20 degree day? Does the heat pump unit collect molecules from the warm inside air or only the outside air.

          Product worked well and was easy to install. Very efficient units. Most importantly the DIY installation saved me thousands on HVAC quotes. This unit heats and cools a 10,000 sq ft climate controlled self storage building.

          Installation was straight forward
          My HVAC friends gave me positive opinions of MRCOOL products. Ordering the MRCOOL DIY from Home Depot was easy. Installation was exactly like in the manual and many online videos. The line set quick connects were fabulous to work with. The system started up perfectly with no drama. I see no difference in components used from any of the other brands, except for MRCOOL's pre-charged line sets and proprietary coupling. Customer Service has been quick to respond to my questions. Way to go MRCOOL!

              works great ,3 years now!!
              My son and i put it all in ,it took us one long day but well worth the work . We found no parts missing and from that day till now 3 years no issues at all .i hope i did not just jinx myself! I saved 8k off all prices i got like 6 if you reed the books 3 times and go on utulbe anyone that is a bit handy can get it done. Oh and i mean 3 hot and cold years . I really can’t believe the heat it puts out for so little cost to my electric bill too. M.Pare’. PS. I never fill out this kind of form

                I bought rom home depot because this is a DIY system and I wanted local support. I in stalled a single zone mrcool and it is working fine. I installed a second 2 zone system and one of the air handlers has excessive condensation. I called home depot who referred me Atlas Trillo as their service provider but Atlas Trillo refused to work on MRCOOL because it is a DIY unit - catch 22!
