Answer This Question

A:  I'm doing concrete stripping paint on long seams have many various sealants and even the best sealant are loose and can be picked off easily. Sealants are not it's primary mission, I say the damage to sealant is a secondary effect.

    Smells very strong
I’m using it to strip paint on a wood table, I can’t move the table outside because it’s very heavy , my windows are open patio sliding doors wide open, and the smells it’s unbelievable, I’m wearing a mask and still can sense the chemical “ LOW VOC” still applying it, I will post pictures of the results. So far after 30 minutes is removing the sample area i did.

Used it on indoor concrete wall in basement with multiple layers of very old paint. Left it on for two days. Worked okay but didn't remove everything.

Left product on for about 2 hours and used a 1900 PSI power washer to take paint off of brick. 85% came off with with first application and 10% with second application. I needed to scrub the bricks with a stiff brush to get the final 5% off. Overall, very happy, with the results of the product.

Excellent paint removal. Best not to use it when it is too hot outside as it dries too quickly.

          Strips multiple layers great.
I'm stripping about 4 layers of 11year old paint one of which is an elastomeric on concrete. For example, 6am 50F warming to 65-70F by noon. I apply a nice thick layer with a 2inch chip brush. I'll cover about 10ft x 4in. This is the amount I can get completely stripped, washed and primed by 2pm. It takes this long because you must give the stripper time to work. I always give a minimum 4hrs before going at it with an Oscillating tool with scrapper blade. The smoother the surface the better. Then I hit is with a fiber wheel on drill. Then wash with TSP mix and fresh water, let dry and paint! The biggest issue is catching all the debris. It sounds like a lot of time but most of it is waiting for the stripper to kick and things to dry. I've use 1gal so far and have already bought my next gal. I have a ton of this work to do and finding this stripper has really helped, worth every penny. All I can think of negative reviews are folks are not following directions on the bucket.

            Not Recommended for indoor use!!!
I purchased this stripper after reading on the container that it is Low odor and for interior/exterior use. It’s winter here in Ohio and I’m stripping vintage doors inside. After an hour of trying to avoid the fumes I get online to search for more product information only to find in the SDS, this is recommended for outdoor use only! Please do not buy this product thinking that it is for indoor use like I did and the container misinterprets!

We had kitchen cabinet doors that must have had at least 5 layers of paint. I applied it with a wide spackle knife making sure it was uniformly thick. Left it on overnight (outdoors) and the next morning the surface looked like alligator skin and was fairly easy to strip off all the way down to the original bare wood surface. Great stuff, be patient, and it will all come off!!
