A: not that we have found but DO NOT use nail polish remover or any other solvent around these as the adhesive will dissolve. make sure to thoroughly scour the surface then rinse with alcohol when installing

A: If your wood stairs are a non-textured surface this product can be used.
A: The treads will not stick properly to wood as the wood is porous and the moisture in the wood will cause the treads to peal.
A: Yes, if the wood stairs are non-textured then you can use this product on them.
A: These are considered permanent, however you may remove the treads using Goo Gone. Once removed, they can not be reused.
A: Yes they can be removed very easily. Just grab it by one end and pull. If any glue residue is present , take comet or any bathroom cleaner and rub gently with a sponge.

A: Yes, after pulling the tread off you will want to use something like Goo Gone to remove the residue then wash with a mild dish detergent and warm water.
A: WD40 cleans them off bottom of shower very well........does take a bit of rubbing but not bad at all.....best thing I have found.
