Beautiful wallpaper!
Purchased the "pink" color of this for baby girls nursery. Pre-pasted makes the install relatively easy with. Had no issues with tearing or matching up the pattern. Paper feels/looks very high quality. And the flowers are larger scale in person than it looked online which I was happy about. More of a graphic statement. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful though not *quite* as easy as they say
When I saw this paper, I fell in love. We already had yellow walls in our powder room and after 17 years and I was ready for an update. We got rid of the white pedestal sink and bought a small mint green vanity and mirror to tie it all together. As for applying the paper, while Sure Strip is definitely easier than the old kind of paper, it's still challenging. I suggest watching some youtube videos then bring along a whole lot of patience. You also need the right tools - a spray bottle, seam roller, breakaway knife, a smoother (SO important), scissors and a tape measure. The paste didn't activate enough to get it to stick after the first wetting and "booking it" (folding the ends down) so we sprayed again and then went to work right away applying it. So maybe spray, book it, then spray again for the best results. Smoothing and getting the puckers out just takes lots of patience and persistence. Give yourself a bit of extra paper at the top and the bottom and then use the smoother and cutaway knife to cut those edges off right at the edge of the baseboard. Took a couple of hours to do two long pieces and I'm really happy with how it turned out!
