They must change these sets over time. Here it is listed as either buying an 8 piece or 10 piece set. Somehow I have a 9 piece set. Looks almost the same though. The one difference is my ¼ adapter is a wobble fit instead of a standard straight. Otherwise they look to be the same sockets and the choice to the consumer on what quantity to buy. These are well made, thick sidewalls and won't round off edges. While they are marked with their size it's hard to see so I fill in the grooves with grease marker then wipe off the excess so the contrast makes the size easier to see. I also mark the case with the size and the H is the one I use often on my lawnmower to sharpen/change the blades. Just little things to make it quicker to use.

Nice little driver set for my impacts. The flexible holder for the sockets and hit are a Big plus. I can put the set in a drawer and know I have what I need. No issues. SAE is handiest for home stuff and metric is what I need for cars. The soft holder even minimizes rattling. Small enough to slip in a pocket. I like dedicated but drivers better but having them in a bunch of sizes is difficult.

Great little socket set to have on hand. I like that it comes in a vinyl organizer to keep the sockets in place and all together. The set also comes with a 1/4" driver attachment for a 1/4" impact driver also held in place with the vinyl organizer. The (8) piece set consists of sizes from 3/16" on up to 9/16" and all sockets are six point not twelve point sockets. I would highly recommend this little set to anyone from who has a use for small 1/4" drive sockets.

I tend to use my impact driver a lot. I find myself using it to drive in lag screws. While I have some impact rated nut drivers, I often find I don't have the size I need. In the past I have used an impact rated driver and the socket set from my impact wrench. This set is much more convenient to use. It has the sizes I need in a compact form factor. It fits in the bag with the impact driver and other bits.
I already have a similar set for my drill/driver. But you don't want to use non-impact rated bits in an impact driver. It is like using non-impacted sockets with an impact wrench. But it may also fail and cause problems. I have had non-impact bits turn in the chuck. They are a pain to get out. After fighting with it a time or two, I spent the money for impact rated bits. It is worth it.
