Has anyone had a problem with top edges not being flush after the pieces are clicked together there is nothing in any of the grooves to prevent it from being flush
There are a few things that can cause this. If the product is not properly clicked together, if the subfloor has a dip or bump under the seam and if there is debris in the locking channel.

There are seven tiles in a case. Each tile is 11.81" wide and 11.81" long.
what type of underlayment should be used?
The only thing that would be required would be at least a 6mil poly vapor barrier if the material is being installed over a concrete substrate.
