Poorly made product
I just bought this and the glue or lack of is all dried out causing it not to hold together. While adding the hardware the top insert fell into the hollow part of the door.

So beautiful
Love these doors. They arrived to my local HD packaged wonderfully. I lightly sanded and then painted them the same color as all the trim in my house. My contractor had no issues installing them at all!

I had zero issues with my delivery nothing was broke or anything . I bought 3 of these bifold doors all were PERFECT !!! I read the reviews before I bought . They are bad reviews but if you look at all the doors they all have bad reviews anyway LOL You might as well get the one that's looks the best : )
Bought mine primed
See still in box my handy man is going to install for me because I don't know how LOL
FYI always buy primed its cheaper and you'll probably have to paint it anyway to match your baseboards

The door itself is decent. However we ended up having to order 4 doors before we could get one that was not damaged in some way.
The first was cracked and smashed in a section covered by the packaging. The second door had bent and severely damaged hardware/track. The third door had hardware track for a 30" door instead of 24".
Finally we have one door installed.
One negative about the door itself is that it's pretty rough on the edges including the part you see when the door is opened. We tried sanding but it's still pretty rough. Also the door, when shut, still opens slightly.

PROS: For a hollow door these are pretty heavy and feel very solid. They matched the style of my new kitchen cabinets, but do need to be painted.
CONS: I read poor reviews of similar doors regarding the product arriving damaged, So here is what I did... I ordered double the amount then I needed and had them shipped to the store with the intention of returning any damaged ones. And what a good idea that was, 2 doors came in absolutely hammered, and a 3rd had its packaging ripped up, only one came in unharmed. Oh and they took several weeks.
