    A:  Master Flow only has a 12" or a 14" diameter turbine. If it measures 13" it may be a different brand. You might need to measure the base opening to get a correct measurement.         It is not perfectly circular but does spin... better than the one on my roof that had fallen apart. It will work but looks wobbly as it spins. Didn't want to go through the effort of taking it off my roof and returns. Rather disappointed.

        We replaced several on the roofs of our condo buildings....
        We replaced several on the roofs of our condo buildings. They work well. However, overtime the screws come loose and the turbines can blow off in the wind. Ours are three stories up on the roof.
