Q:This rather a comment. This lock was "recommended" with the 60" Rigid 60" job site box and it does not fit. The shackles are too long making it impossible to catch on the hooks. Recommend a No. 5 Master lock instead.

Not many options for this style or lock
This lock works good the feel is decent the numbers click into place more times than not. Simple to reset an figure out with a heavy build! Price is a bit steep at 20 per lock I think it was

No Key, No Problem!
Never worry about forgetting or losing your keys again. This is a pair of fairly large padlocks from Master Lock. It has 4 dials that you set at 4 numbers you choose, to open the lock. Make them both the same number or make them 2 different numbers. It's extra long shackle makes it ideal for some applications and gets in its own way in others. I used it to lock up a logging chain with thick links and that was one of the ideal uses. However, when using it to lock up a latch on my workshop overhead door it had to be forced to go on all the way. It was usable in that way, but not "ideal". This lock is an improvement on other self setting number tumbler locks in that no special tool is needed for changing the combination. Those tools are small and often get lost. No more worries. Good for "members only" tool boxes at large plants. Or allow only certain people to open a gate. Someone leaks the code or gets removed from the group just change the combo. No need to make all new keys.

Combination a little hard to see
I needed some locks for some light controllers I use for my seasonal light display to keep inquiring little fingers from getting into something they shouldn't if they get too curious. I really like the idea that these are combination locks so I didn't need a key to access my controller if needed. It is very easy to set the four digit code to whatever you like. I did find it hard to see the code unless you get the lighting just right

Stop losing your mind when you lose a key
Stop losing your mind when you lose a key, use a combo lock with a number you can set. I have used this brand for many years without a problem. For some reason it never seems like I have enough locks. Digging through a basket of keys is also annoying.
Keep the kids safe from the adult tools and toys.
However, keep in mind that anyone with an angle grinder can cut a lock in seconds.

It's Master Lock!
Master Lock has a long history of making good, reliable locks of all kinds. These are no exception. I wanted a lock that was tough enough to do the job, but one for which I didn't always need to remember a key. The four-digit combination lock offers 10,000 different combinations. Easy custom combinations without keys
These Master locks give the ability to easily set your own 4 digit combination without tools or keys. Older locks required a tool or key to change the combination. Who wants to keep up with a separate thing whenever you want to change a combination? This feature alone makes the upgrade worthwhile. These locks are substantial and have a nice solid quality feel. I glanced at the instructions and was able to set my own combination in less than a minute-on both locks. I plan on using these on my enclosed trailer so that employees can have access and I can also change the combinations to limit who can get in.

Great easy to use Lock!
I have been using this type Master Lock for many years. I must say they have made vast improvements with this iteration. Nice clear concise instructions. And no key required to set up your personal combination in to the lock. I long ago misplaced my key for the previous lock so it is very convenient setting the lock with no key. I would recommend this lock.

And because combinations can be set and reset through positing of the lock shackle, the combination wheels will not turn when the lock is open, meaning the combination cannot be spun off and the lock shackle left open. The lock shackle must be closed before the combination number wheels will turn to be jumbled. Some folks may find not being able to jumble the combination numbers and leave the shackle open inconvenient. That being important, Master Lock offers different models which use a key for setting and resetting the combination where it is possible to leave the shackle open and jumble the combination wheels. I have found these master combination locks will operate reliable for many years if periodically lubricated.to inhibit corrosion and promote smooth operation.

Another great Master Lock
The 2 inch Wide Master Lock Set with 1-1/2 inch Shackle is a handy size. Excellent for use as a lock for a gate, securing a shed door, etc. I really like that I can set my own combination in the locks and then if the combination is compromised resetting the combination to something else is super easy. One of the photos is of one of my gates but my ultimate goal is to use the locks to secure some livestock panels I have to eyebolts on my shed. I need to get some wire cable first though.
I have used many Master locks in my life and they have done well by me. This set of locks looks to be just as good or better than the locks I have had before.

Solid/durable 4-digit customizable code lock
This master lock appears to be heavy duty, strong, and solid. This configuration comes in a 2-pack. The instructions for setting your own personal 4-digit code is easy. This lock is great for area where you need to secure something (like a backyard fence) but need other to securely access it.
