How do you clean the water trapped inside the walls? It keeps seeping slowly when moving the smoker
No they attempted to vent it out the bottom

The only way to control temperature with this smoker is to experiment with the dial and check the thermometer.

30 inch smoker rack dimensions are approximately, 19.7 X 12.2. You may add racks at your discretion.

Depending on the temperature cooking and the outdoor temperature, whether the wood is wet or dry. It will be approximately 2 hours of constant smoke. There is no way to add wood without opening the full door.
