Not the best I've installed, but OK for price paid
Installation instructions very good, but fan is noisy and seems to have a pulsing sound instead of a constant sound. So far so good after one week.

Power attic roof ventilator
Recently re-roofed my house and thought that would be the best time to replace a dated attic fan already in place. Purchased this unit on advertised specs, cust reviews, and price. I purchased while it was $69.99ea with free shipping. I would rate the fan and dome housing at four stars, seems to be of a good quality build. The unit arrived on time on UPS. Box was in perfect shape, no dings or scuffs. When I opened the box, the flange around the unit was bent up. Apparent the flange was in this condition when it was packaged, but sent out anyway. I straightened the flange as I didn't have time to return and reorder. What drops my review down is the thermostat. It is suggested to set between 90 to 110 temp, I set mine somewhat in the middle at 95. The thermostat continues to migrate down to around the 70 degree mark. At first I thought it was due to the activity on my roof during the reroof process, nail guns, hammers, foot traffic, etc was causing it to migrate down to the 70 degree setting. Reset the thermostat to 95 after roof was complete, thermostat again migrated down to around the 70 degree mark. Checked thermostat mounting, checked thermostat dial, all seemed ok. My roof has been done for several weeks now and the thermostat has migrated to the 70 degree mark twice, climbing into my attic crawl space and all the way into the center of my house is getting old already. I am thinking the vibration from the electric motor while it is kicked on is causing the thermostat to move? Right now I am controlling the fan via a dedicated breaker in my electrical panel, only kicking on the breaker when I know its going to be a warm/hot day. Next time up in the attic, I'll probably try to tape or somehow secure the thermostat dial where I want it to stay? Also the fan motor on this unit is a bit louder than my previous one, not necessarily a bad thing as you kind of have to concentrate to hear it while the TV is on, people are talking etc. A note to the manufacturer, a extra 6" or so of the electrical lead with attached thermostat would of made this a dream to install! I installed roof top, I managed, but it would of been a lot easier with a little longer lead. All in all, it does(kinda/thermostat) what it is designed to do. Seems to move air nicely through the attic space keeping it cooler and I have noticed my central air until doesn't kick on as much as it use too, so my old fan either didn't move as much CFM or was on it's way out? Hopefully with the help of this unit it will prolong the life of my new roof and central air unit. Good luck!
