I've mounted my TV inside a cabinet using this bracket. I believe that everything is "level," but my TV also seems to be a tad off. And I didn't find a means to adjust it, either. Other than the minor annoyance, it was a good solution for us. Good luck!
The hardware which comes with it could be used for masonry. Anchors are just wads of plastic to tighten the bolt within the masonry. Size the right size drill bit by matching silhouettes. I take the anchor as my background and I see how close the bit gets to matching it. It’s never bad to start out with smaller bit and see how easily you can get tour anchor in. If you need more room go up a size. If you’re awesome with Tapcons, then cool. Old masonry is dry, so using anchors helps that a good bit. Maybe that isn’t your situation. Get quality Masonry bits, my two cents, go for a nice Bosch set like :: store sku 664551. Yes, they’re for hammer drilling, but who cares?? You can still use them in a less powerful drill. Quality bits are worth it. Pros burn through bits at a much higher rate than the average diy/weekender so you’ll probably have that set for a good while and they’ll be ready for your next job. This is my best advice, you’re certainly free to take it or pass it over. Good luck on your op.
If you can locate the User Manual that came with your mounting bracket, it explains how to tighten the swivel mounts. That information might possibly be accessible online as well. Good luck!
Yes
Hi wdg,<br>It should fit your 70 inch onn roku television.
I'm assuming you mean the part that mounts to the wall? It's just over 19 inches as I recall. If your studs are wider than the standard/typical 16" on center spacing, you'll need a piece of 3/4" plywood to span your studs, and then mount the bracket to the plywood. Good luck!
Mine does the same thing. The bracket has too much flex due to not being robust.
The part that mounts on the wall appears to be about 19" wide by 8 inches high. (Mine is mounted in a cabinet, and not on a wall)
Not even close. Mine's about 38" wide, and ours only goes about 45 degrees to the wall. I'm guessing that finding a mount that will do that will be very challenging. Good luck!
26" is too far, use a backer such as plywood.
