Great initially; lead to back pain 3 months later
I got this because my fiancé would sweat through the mattress protector. Initially it served the purpose of keeping us cool; 3 months later I started waking up in the middle of the night sweating (I don’t sweat) and I started having lower back pain. After trying to figure out what the source of my pain could be I decided to remove the mattress topper for one night and my back pain was almost completely fine that night and we slept the coolest we’ve slept in months.

The memory foam mattress topper has made my bed more comfortable. I think the 3" topper might have been a better choice. It sleeps a bit cooler than the mattress, so, for the money I am pleased.

The product is good but the customer service was HORRIBLE!...
The product is good but the customer service was HORRIBLE! That really surprised me as I LOVE Home Depot. The first shipment was "lost" the second shipment customer service handled and didn't complete my address so I had to jump through hoops to get it. It took almost 4 weeks to get it.
