Terrible product. Mobile app kept crashing. I made 2 bug...
Terrible product. Mobile app kept crashing. I made 2 bug reports, no response. Support does not answer. Remote opener does not work. Mechanism is noisy and cheap, won't last more than a few years.

Alex, we at Mighty Mule are very sorry for this issue. Several things maybe happening. 1. Make sure your electric device has the latest updates. Also, delete and Mighty Mule App and reinstall. We recently updated our App. Also, call our Tech Team at 1-800-543-1236 M-F 8am-7pm EST. They can troubleshoot this issue with you. We are happy to help. In the meantime, you may want to use the remote that came with the MM572W until we can fix the mobile app together. Thank you

The control panel doesn't communicate with accessories. We have been on the calls with Mighty Mule tech support for over 6 times. The last tech told us that the control panel is the older model and still have glitches with the new remote clicker, exit sensor, and the wireless key pad. We are now waiting for them to send us the OLDER model clicker and wireless key pad. We spent, so far over 18 hours with the tech support because the components in this bundle are in different models and don't communicate with the center control panel.
