No, low voltage wire is not included. It is available online at Home Depot.com, the part number is RB509-100 (100 ft.) or you can get it in 250 ft (RB509-250) and 500 ft. (RB509-500) increments.
check your fuses. i blew several until i finally got it adjusted right.
In my experienced humble opinion the answer is maybe. Does not work well with a gate that has bottom rollers. Best with a cantilevered gate.
Hello JW80, Yes, if you do not have a power supply at the installation site you can add a Mighty Mule 10 watt solar panel (model number FM123). The solar panel will charge the included battery that open and closes your gate. The Mighty Mule 10 watt solar panel can be purchased online at Home Depot.com, in select Home Depot stores or can be special ordered at any Home Depot store location. Thank you!
110V ! amps? who cares!
The gate motor and control electronics run on a 12-volt battery that is kept charged by using either the included plug-in power supply or by the solar cell accessory. During a power outage the battery will power the gate opener for a few cycles.
Yes. The Mighty Mule R4222 Pair of 12V Photo Eye Sensors will prevent the gate from closing if obstructed.
The answer to your question is why not! The circuit board dont know nor care if a remote is #1 or #51.
