Cheap junk
Over the course of about ten years I have replaced it 5 times. It is always a new problem. Not reliable at all!! Customer service is great till it's time to replace warranty parts. Then there is always an Excuse. Spend a little more and get something reliable.

Dear Disposable, We are very sorry you feel this way. Our units do have a 12-18 month warranty. Many manufacturers including us have had a difficult time with many replacement parts due to factory shut-downs and shipping delay. We are seeing improvement, but not as fast as would like. Our products are designed for the DIY person, and the cost to make them as affordable as possible. It is true that professional series gate openers will last longer, but you will pay more for those items. Thank you for being a Mighty Mule Customer over many years.

DIDN'T WORK OUT OF THE BOX AND NO HARDWARE
This was a replacement of one that I had for 14 years. I installed it using my existing hardware and brackets as this DOES NOT COME WITH HARDWRE [who does that] and it wouldn't jog to set the gate. Took it down and tried a bench test and nothing. Took it back to Home Depot and will probably get a Ghost that has higher ratings and hardware. Very disappointed as the first one worked awesome.

Work pretty well and wasn't that difficult to install. Way more quiet than the one it replaced. My disappointment is they didn't have the upgraded version with the phone app when I got mine. I wish I could use the three button controller to also open yhe garage but it doesn't and will not work.

Hi Keoki2, yes, you are correct, this version does not work with the smart app. However, it should work with your garage door opener. You will need to add another part to your garage door to communicate with the openers. It's the Garage door opener adapter, part number is RB709U-NB which can be found on Home Depot.com.
