A: Thank you for your feedback. KneeBlades work best on even surfaces.
A: Small hard rollers do not work well on uneven surfaces. This is true because they are made to run on flat hard wood floors only. Any smooth surface surface is easy and quick to use and can be used on concrete after drying it as well as on a smooth surface. If you want to make them work on an uneven surfaces, you must change (replace) the wheels(hard rollers) larger sizes with your spring feature.

A: I think they would. My husband used them for laying tile and liked them a lot.
A: The KneeBlades have a removable roller housing and can be used with the casters for rolling on surfaces or without the roller housing as knee pads. These would work for your application.
A: No, this model does not have locking wheels.
A: The wheels do not lock.
A: The wheel has no brake rotating, stopping push it or stopping the movement , But you can change and replace it with a wheel that has brakes of the same size or slightly larger , if you found it something fitting it has brakes
A: Yes, the casters have a load rating of 80 lbs. per caster.
A: I think so. My husband isn't quite that big, but they work well for him.
A: I weigh 250 and they work well for me on hard surfaces, carpet is a different story. Keep in mind the caster weight will vary when you lean forward putting more weight on the single front wheel!
