Product Details

The Milwaukee Hole Dozer Hole Saw features Rip guard, the strongest tooth form in the industry, backed by the Rip guard limited lifetime tooth break warranty. Each tooth is built with more steel behind the cutting edge for added strength. The Rip Guard warranty on tooth breaks is a first for the hole saw industry. The added tooth strength along with 8% cobalt give added life to the teeth, allowing for increased productivity on the jobsite, as well as continued hole quality. The Hole Dozer includes Plug Jack, an all access slot design that allows for full access during plug removal. The Plug Jack gives access lower into the cup for thick material and higher towards the teeth for thin material. With multiple positions to apply leverage and better plug access, Plug Jack increases productivity and eliminates wasted downtime between holes. For fast, tool-free change-outs, use Milwaukee's universal Quick-Change Arbors. 49-56-7210, 49-56-7240, 49-56-7250 and 49-56-9100.

          works great
I had to fill a door hole with a piece of wood. Used a 2x4 and it was very easy to use, that piece was cleanly cut and now that hole is gone! Ill use it again when finished making a new door for an odd sized hall closet. Very pleased! Thank you.

Worst hole saw I have ever used.
Wouldn’t cut through 3/4” subfloor. Even with the lightest amount of pressure and the lowest torque setting possible, it kept buckling, and eventually fried my drill. I can’t believe I spent $50 on this thing for it to ruin my drill and set me back half a day. What an expensive mistake. Do not buy.

Worked great for my pegboard project! I would usually go for an inch but i wanted a wider grip for training

                Great Deck Board Remover
With deck screws buried in the wood I would have to chip away to get to the head, then hope I don't strip the head or even the screw bit, and then hope the screw rises instead of spinning in place. With this hole saw I first sawed a pilot hole in a small 2x4, then removed the drill bit (3mm hex key), then use the 2x4 with the pilot hole to get an initial saw cut around the deck screws without the saw wandering, then finish sawing until reaching the required depth. Boards come right off.

Did the job of cutting a hole in metal! I installed an Easystart device on my AC system, and I needed to drill a hole for the strain relief fitting.

Bought a repurposed mango-wood cabinet to use as an entertainment center - unfortunately, there were no holes for the component plugs. Picked this up at a local Home Depot and it worked like a charm - cut right through the hard wood and made a nice clean cut!

                  Garbage product
Total waste of money, only lasted 3 holes before the teeth on the bit were gone. Product says it's rated for plaster and drywall, but that's a lie. I had to go back and purchase a hole saw with carbine teeth which worked like a charm. So if your looking to buy this hole saw for plaster/drywall, save your money and go with one that has carbine teeth. Basically wasted $35 and an hour of my time.

                    It Works Ok.
Bought this to drill a whole in a butcher block countertop. It did the job but took longer than it should have. I was using it with a Milwaukee M18 Fuel drill so no lack of power. Just cut slowly and left burn marks all inside the hole. Also looks like it could split along the weld. Not impressed for it being made by Milwaukee.

                    Great tool
Tool is sharp, cut right through the metal. Made 12 holes, and the bit worked perfectly without any issues.

                    Incredible hole cutter
I had to make 8 holes in 3/16 plate. I looked at sevaral option and this hole cutter was by far the least expensive. The results were incredible. It cut through this steel like butter. The cutter is still sharp after 8 holes. I am very impressed
