About This Product

The Milwaukee 2-3/8 in. Ratcheting Pipe Cutter is engineered for straight, easy cuts. The piece point blade is designed to accurately pierce without crushing or cracking the pipe. The blade is constructed with stainless steel for long life and a durable cutting edge. Ergonomic handles ensure user comfort for all day use. An all-metal lock is integrated in the handle for easy one-handed operation. The Milwaukee 10L Aluminum Pipe Wrench with power length Handle challenges the status quo of a 10 in. pipe wrench. The 10 in. slim profile wrench head makes it easier for users to access tight spaces and overhead applications. The new-to-world power length handle is longer than competitive pipe wrenches offering users maximum leverage. Like previous Milwaukee pipe wrenches, the 10L Aluminum Pipe Wrench features an OVERBITE JAW design with a 1-1/2 in. capacity, giving professional users the largest gripping surface. Dual coil springs provide maximum durability and tool life. Includes: (1) 2-3/8 in. Ratcheting Pipe Cutter (48-22-4215) and (1) 10 in. Aluminum Pipe Wrench with Power Length Handle (48-22-7213)

This pipe wrench was awesome until it wasn't. I used this thing for everything I could and then it broke with hardly any effort honestly. Ended up having to go with overkill for the job. Not to bash Milwaukee because I love their stuff but what's the point in making the longer handle if the wrench can't hold up to forces applied to a normal size handle.

            Let Down!
I got this for 2” schedule 40 pipe and it does not cut square. I was very dissapointed, I was hoping it would be a great tool but fell short. The short stroke of pulling together was nice but it does not cut square. I tried twisting and non twisting. Same results.

WOW! This wrench is amazing. First, the size is incredible- the length is exactly what you'll need for heavy torque without the need for a breaker bar. The teeth secure a good grip without tearing up the corners of your couplings and they don't slip so you can use this with confidence. Next, you'll note just how lightweight this is- it's incredible. Because of the aluminum construction, you'll never have to worry about rust and that's always a problems when working with plumbing. All in all: a great wrench!

Milwaukee is getting it right with their line up of plumbing tools. I’m impressed with how light this aluminum wrench is. Really made it easier when working above my head or even bent down. The teeth have a heck of a bite and hasn’t slipped on me once yet. The extra length seriously helps out to loosen those old stubborn galvanized fittings and other tough applications . Easily adjust to whatever size I needed and with how light it is I was even able to adjust it with one hand at times. Feels really durable and tough. Two thumbs up for sure.

If you will use it more than once a month, you may want to get this aluminum one vs the steel one. It's way lighter to carry around. I absolutely love milwaukee products and this one does not disappoint. The 10L(length) gives me that extra boost I need. Cheater pipes help but I don't like carrying it around all the time. I realized that with plumbing and bolts, the chances of it being stuck is high, so having that extra length gives me that boost I need. W=FxD. Work = force x distance. increase the distance, you'll get more work done.

Milwaukee 10L 10” aluminum pipe wrench with powerlength handle is another great pipe wrench in Milwaukee’s lineup. Very light at approximately 1/4 pound. Overbite jaw with 1 1/2” capacity and the powerlength handle to give you more leverage, makes this pipe wrench a great addition to your tools. Great high quality craftsmanship feels great in your hands. I highly recommend this pipe wrench.

As always, the Milwaukee is one of the best in the tool market. This 2-3/8 in. ratcheting pipe cutter is great help of the professional plumber. The stainless steel blade makes a clean cut with no burs and no crushing the pipe. I tried it on the PVC and Pex pipes. The smaller diameter pipes are very easy to cut, but pipes with higher diameters from 1 1/2 inch and upward are a little more tough with one hand operation.

This ratchet style cutter is amazing. It cuts through PVC piping like a knife through butter. It takes maybe a dozen ratchets to get through the pipe. In my video you can see the original cut which was done with a hand saw. The pipe cutter has a much cleaner and smoother finished edge. I love how easy and simple it is to cut PVC pipe. This makes quick work of small projects.

This all metal construction, ratcheting pipe cutters from Milwaukee tools is a great tool to use for cutting PVC, CPVC, PEX, Rubber Hose and ABS plastic pipes. It can cut pipes up to 2-3/8 inches in diameter. Cutting blade is stainless steel and is designed to last. It cuts thru plastic pipe easily and cuts come out clean and straight. It has a built in lock when not in use to protect the blade. I really like Milwaukee tools, they are made well, and made for heavy duty use.

I used to be devoted to the "D" company but within the last several years Milwaukee Tools has really won me over. I own a large assortment of their products (I'm a tool junkie") and they have all exceeded my expectations. I own rental properties and I do a fair amount of plumbing work during the renovations. I've always cut my plastic piping with a hacksaw until I bought a ratcheting pipe cutter from HF. Big mistake. What a piece of junk. I replaced it with the Milwaukee PEX tubing cutter which cuts like a hot knife through butter. When I spotted this Milwaukee pipe cutter on HD's site I knew this is what I needed for cutting PVC, CPVC, PEX, rubber hose and ABS. This will cut uo to 2-3/8 in. pipe and the ratchet mechanism works like a dream. I found that on thicker and larger diameter pipe I needed two hands to start the cut but because it uses a ratcheting action much less force is required to complete the cut. Home Depot stocks replacement blades, they're model #48-22-4216. Like my other Milwaukee tools I found this 2-3/8 in. pipe cutter to be a serious tool for the professional or anyone seeking professional results. Milwaukee offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all their hand tools. Every MILWAUKEE hand tool is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any hand tool which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the tool.
