Tough and Durable Design
A tough and durable design makes this demolition screwdriver hold up to use during even the largest projects
Milwaukee demolition drivers are designed for maximum jobsite toughness and durability. The forged steel shanks are compressed to the high impact steel caps to provide 2X longer life in demolition applications. Milwaukee demolition screwdrivers are designed for the jobsite and include a lifetime warranty.
The tip on my demolition driver deformed and the chrome plating peeled off rather quickly. The metal seems too soft. I love the quality of Milwaukee tools so my hunch is that I may have received a factory dud.

Disappointed
I love Milwaukee tools. However, I cannot recommend the "Demolition Screwdriver." I purchased it based on the fantastic reviews. Unfortunately, the tip on mine deformed quickly and easily. It's possible I received a factory dud.

Would not recomend nor want people to buy
After the first day of use, the striking cap piece broke. The plastic surrounding was also cracked and bent. I managed to push the striking cap back in a bit so i can manage till i get a new one. Poor quality all around.

Great for demolition work!!
The metal end cap on this screwdriver allows for hammering without damaging the screwdriver. Great for removing things like transition strips and mouldings, you can literally hammer your way into so many different things

Splinters galore
This drivers finish started coming off within the first few uses. Didn’t realize all the metallic splinters I was getting were coming from this tool.

I will give you a honest review bc I honestly use my tools. Maybe beyond what there intended use at times, with this tool it shouldn't be such the case.
My intitinal thoughts were that it was way too attractive piece to use on a nasty old drum brake job.
This a demolition screwdriver after all, so it's meant to take the abuse. Yea well this is where the beauty really started to wear off, literally. The chrome plating cracked off after a few tries at busting springs off the drum.
Granted I take the fact that this tool was never to used as a brake tool, but my best tools are normally a really long and skinny Phillips, and a normal 6in. standard flathead. So, I didnt think this was abusive in any manner but It didn't fair well under the test.
I'm always afraid of what brake cleaners will do bc I know that it will eat plastic. So I refrained from spraying it onto the handle.
With some scrubby wipes the handle cleaned up well after being completely soiled with black suit. Respectedly the white script on handle stayed suprisingly well.
All in all the tool is WEAK for a demolition tool. This is just my opinion and I'm sure that it wouldn't take long for spreading wood or removing nails to get the exact same results I was shown.
OveralI i really like the tool, however the cheap chrome plating being as fake as the last chick i dated, isn't appreciated, but as always im happy everytime I'm able to purchase a Milwaukee red tool over those ugly yellow ones.
