Q:Can you cut plastic and heavy thick cardboard?

A:  Although I've never tried to cut thick cardboard with these snips I sure that they will. But then I have to ask why? There are many other tools that would do that job better, and were designed more towards that purpose than these snips. A good quality utility knife might work better and quicker on these materials.

      Works great for my needs
      These Milwaukee snips are perfect for my DIY projects. They cut through cardboard and aluminum really well. I’ve had these a long time and they are still sharp. They seem to be pretty rust proof also. The grips are comfortable and move easily.
