    well, they broke
the cutters were awesome. I loved using them, and in my work as an electrician I used them often. then I was cutting some 1/8 ALUMINUM and they snapped on me. NOTHING BUT HEAVY DUTY? I was a bit upset, I like milwaukee tools but this was hard to deal with. I had to switch up to aviation snips just to finish the job.

Cuts small nails single-handedly with ease. I got tired of using linesman’s pliers for cutting small nails an wire when needed and figured I’d add a new tool to my collection. These angled pliers are much easier to use. They make a diagonal cut which helps “sharpen” the otherwise dull end of the cut-off half of the nail which can be reused. The angled head does help cutting closer to the surface and makes it easier to hold. The grip one these isn’t soft, but thicker and grippy which I like. They are fairly sharp and seem to hold their edge well. I like the polished metal on the smooth outside surfaces and the black coating on the inside. Looks nice and hopefully helps resist rust and corrosion.

Exceptional quality and durability you expect from Milwaukee is put into these diagonal cutting pliers. The forged strength and precision machining make these pliers easy to use and last a lifetime. The thick rubber comfort grips help get a good grip on the tool while in use and do not split or peel like dipped grip handled tools. I have used these pliers to cut several material from speaker wire, romex wire to small staples and nails with no issues or nicks in cutting edge and the angled head makes cutting and gripping material a cinch. These diagonal cutting pliers will be in my tool cabinet with several other Milwaukee tools until I loose them.

I recieved these angle cutters to try in my all around work. I have been using them for a bit now, I am really liking these cutters. They show no wear in a month of constant use on wire, cotter pins and the such. The handles really fit my hand well and are not soft but have a rubber grip type feeling to them which makes them easy to grip greasey. I liked them s much I just ordered another set for my electrical tool bag.

Hello, I am an avid tool buyer and I love finding new tools to try. Up until this point I have always been a Knipex side cutter guy, mainly because I am a mechanic and they were the ones shown to me by a tool specialist. That being said, I really like these side cutters, they have a great comfortable handle and are sharp enough to cut paper and have hard enough steel to cut brake lines or wire of an size. The only con that I can come up with (and this goes back to me being a bit spoiled with the knipex pliers) is that the end of the cutters is rather blunt and thick, so much so that its really hard to dig a screw or nail out of a tire which is mainly what I use side cutters for aside from cutting wire. I have given a 5 star review because I really like the cutters and for any one that is doing a DIY job or even a construction worker, these are the perfect pliers for them, they just didn't fit exactly what I wanted them to do which is something that the majority of people wouldn't use them for. and as you can see I have used them a lot based on the pictures.

this is the best side cutters I have ever had, I have always bought cheap ones and had to cut one wire 3 separate times on like a 12/2 wire now I can cut it with snip the easy grip handles are very comfortable, and for a little more money I have a much better pliers they cut very close when cutting a staple or small nail off. I use them all the time and carry them with me when I am working around the house in my tool belt.

Milwaukee 8” diagonal cutting pliers. Another great hand tool from Milwaukee. I love the comfort grip handles. They feel great In my hand and don’t slip. And are my preference of all the Milwaukee handles on their Hand tools. They appear well made and easy to use. The angled head gets you close for flush cuts. I highly recommend these pliers for your toolbox.

I was a little skeptical on how useful the angled head would be especially in situations where it you're in tight quarters and that little bit of angle helps you get in those spaces. I also are a big fan of the updated grips on these pliers. They're not slip grip textured grip and durable comfortable grip make using these if you had to as a tradesman very practical. I really can't say anything bad about these pliers. Milwaukee makes some of the best.
