This performance T-shirt made by Milwaukee is an excellent garment to wear while working in hot weather. Up the middle of the back and down the sides are panels that let more moisture WIC away from your body and therefore you stay cooler. It fit true to size for me and it gives a little as you move about so it is less binding than a traditional cotton t-shirt. It’s really light weight and looks good enough to wear out to lunch. I’d like to have some more of these in other colors.

Milwaukee describes this as a "work skin", and that seems appropriate. The fabric is thin and stretchy, with a perforated side panel under each arm. If you were more fit than I am, it might look good on its own, but I'd be more inclined to wear it as an undershirt. However, if I was working in warm weather, looks be darned, I'd wear this. It is very comfortable.

Outstanding lightweight work shirt -- wrinkle resistant, odor resistant, UV protection, roomy and tagless for comfort. I'll be honest, I wasn't overwhelmed by Milwaukee's midweight shirt, but this one is fantastic. It really is light weight -- think a lighter version of a polyester performance tee -- and long sleeve. I've worn this in 85 deg. weather and stayed cool and reasonably dry, and the shirt washes up beautifully after. FYI, I'm about 6'01" and 195 lbs, and the large fits great. Highly recommended.

I've been using this shirt for over a month now and it's been working out great and been holding up quite well.
I'm 6 foot tall and weight around 220lbs and the shirt fits well and the sleeve length is great for someone with long arms like me. I've used this on both indoor and outdoor projects and this shirt breaths really well and keeps me cool in the sun.
All in all this is pretty comfortable to wear and is nice and light weight.

Another well made and useful product from a company that has been developing and making high quality tools, etc. for many years. I have been using performance type t-shirts ( Under Armour, Nike, etc. ) for many years with some being better then others. This workskin performance shirt has held up nicely whether working in the work shop or outside cleaning up the yard, etc. I have also been able to spend hours out in the sun sweating and then go to a store or pick up take out without worrying about wrinkles or odor thanks to the anti-microbial treatment. This shirt has also not developed pilling like I have experienced with Dri- fit performance shirts. The fast wicking sweat zones under arms and on back of shirt are an added feature that helps shirt dry faster in areas that one typically sweats the most. The price is in the same range as most other top name brands which is also good and if they last as long or longer I will be getting more soon. It would be nice to see more colors available ( at least red to match the color of Milwaukee's tools, etc ).

Good shirt. This shirt is well made, fits comfortably and is not "tailored" like a lot of "work" shirts are. Tails are ample enough to stay tucked in or not and provide sufficient coverage without looking like a dress. The material is wicking so it's cooler and stays dry longer keeping you from sweating as much. The only complaint I have is that the stitching a round the right armpit had a stray thread and I could feel it every time I moved my arm - solved easily enough with a razor knife. I wore this while doing work around the house in Arizona, including time in the attic and it definitely felt lighter and cooler than a cotton tee shirt. I even wore it in the pool (to keep from getting sunburned and it was a good 'second skin'. Wish it came in more colors, though.

I love Milwaukee tools and now I love their shirts as well. This is a very well-constructed shirt made from quality materials. You can see by the double and even triple stitching around the seams that it was well made. I am a big guy and I found this shirt fits true to size and I like that is a little longer in lenght. For taller people. You can either wear as just a t-shirt because it looks so great or under a uniform shirt. Very good range of motion due to the way they stitched the arm panels. It hasn't gotten really hot here yet this year but I like that the middle of the back and low-back areas have more of a mesh breathable material which should help decrease sweating when used. I am definitely going to get my hands on one of these shirts.

Milwaukee Men's Extra Large Hi-Vis GEN II WORKSKIN Light Weight Performance Long-Sleeve T-Shirt, Yellow is my favorite shirt. It feels very nice against my skin as it really is like a second skin. I have worn this shirt in both warm and cold weather and it is the perfect material for both. The extra large is a little big for the size so the next shirt I purchase will be a size smaller. The comfort of this material is outstanding because it keeps you dry as well as helps to keep you cool. The color is perfect too. I walk in the early mornings and I wear this shirt so I can be easily seen. I also wear this bright yellow long sleeved shirt when I do disaster relief chainsaw work. All in all, this is by far the best shirt in my work clothes wardrobe because it is comfortable and because of the bright yellow safety color.
