Front Wheel and Black Bar
The front wheel broke entirely off the there's a black bar that either holds the cart together or keeps it aligned came off. I had it less than 5 months. Now I have a cart that I feel was expensive and cannot use.

Front Swivel Casters are real delicate
The actual wheel broke and was just dangling from the swivel caster. Also the swivel caster got bent from the threaded screw.

Disappointed. Stop Selling Garbage.
I purchased this cart for my elderly mom who does not drive. She was so excited about the cart that she sent me a picture of her FIRST batch of groceries. 20 minutes later, she sent me a sad text that the front wheel cracked. Home Depot - stop selling garbage. Total trash. You will be replacing this one. You will be replacing the next one if it fails. Garbage.

Cart is rated for 100 pounds. The front wheels are very fragile. The back wheels are fine. The cart needs to be re-engineered with better front wheels. Six gallons of water and two bottles of V8 shouldn't break a wheel. They also want a small fortune to ship to home. This item doesn't fall under their normal shipping policy. They wanted 55.00 to ship to home or free to pickup at store. This item just isn't worth it.

The accessory basket is not secured, it falls off even without you realized it fell. Have to use...
The accessory basket is not secured, it falls off even without you realized it fell. Have to use duck tape to secure.
The front swivel wheels bent, the back wheels is made of plastic and will wear down due to rolling on cemented pavements...etc, What ever happen to rubber tire like secured wheels. I was instructed by customer service from Milwaukee to take the cart back to home depot, either get a full refund or replacement.
I really want my full refund but I do need a good sturdy cart????? It is heavy but the wheels. I inquired customer service rep about the back plastic wheels, she said she will let management know about my complaint. I see many complaints.

The reason for not recommending this strong cart is:
(1) The wheels are so hard and durable it feels EVERY bump in the street/sidewalk. [Those who use machines that vibrate...when your finished...your hands still feel like it vibrating] This feels the same.
[2] This cart is only great for use on smooth surfaces.
[3] If you live where you need to walk to a laundry/shopping area...You have to be VERY, VERY careful with the cracks in the sidewalk/street. YOU WILL FALL OVER the cart. Every crack...the cart...has to be tipped backwards to safely go over.
Recommend? Yes if you live where laundry is in your building. Yes...strong...
No.....wheels to stiff...vibration issue...front swivel wheels FINDS cracks in the road...
