Q:Would red work to write over a darker color like dark green and still be red? Like a paint marker where it layers on top rather than blending in.

      Great for all around use!
I've been buying these markers for years. I keep a few in my EDC as pictured for markings and notes on the job. They will last w/o a cap for 72 hours roughly. The design is made to prevent them from just rolling away. The pocket clip doubles as a hard hat clip which is a underrated feature. These markers write on basically any surface, whether it's dry, wet, oily, dusty, or rough which is the best feature IMO. The tip does wear down over time, but I use my utility knife to sharpen the tip

I picked these markers up on a whim based on statements at the display, though not really expecting much… Color me impressed!!… These Milwaukee INKZALL markers are the real deal.. They mark pretty much on any surface. The tip doesn’t tear up or flatten quickly and as the old saying goes “ it doesn’t drag, bag, warp, discolor or run at the seams “… Try ‘em, you’ll like ‘em

A nice marker, better than a sharpie. The line it makes is about 1mm wide, or about .04". Not a super fine line, but much narrower than a medium line marker. Just right for marking legible cutoff lines for framing, PVC pipes, etc.

I carry a marker in my front shirt pocket for work, so when I saw this one for 99 cents it was a no brained. I like it. It fits in my front pocket real easy. It’s not bulky, and the quality of the markings is pretty good. For 99 cents I’m more than likely buying more.

I've been using this for a few weeks now. Doing some heavy remodeling of our upstairs and putting a new roof on. This marker has yet to let me down. draws through saw dust, some oil and damp material. I'll NEVER go back to a sharpie. It also has some nice features like anti roll .Why isn't this a thing on all markers and pens it's such a simple thing and incredibly helpful. It also has a hardhat clip, which I don't use but it does make it alot easier to clip to your pants pocket or tool belt which I like . Definitely worth every penny.
