incorrect LUMEN on HD
Note, this is a 100 lumen light, verified by matching product # to Milwaukee website. Home Depot needs to update there web description.

Decent....but
Decent little flashlight. Stayed on almost the stated 5 hours during an outage on a fresh battery. Not as bright as i hoped but shining up on a white celing filled the room enough to see adequately. Wonder if Milwaukee would consider a LED upgrade or even high/low dimmer capability?

Feels cheap but works very well!
Very good work light. Feels cheap and loose but I havent had any issues yet. It is VERY bright! I wish the magnet was stronger or longer down the handle. In havc I'm usually trying g to stuck these on the inside of a metal compartment. If I'm pulling a blower motor the unit with shift a big and the light will fall into the duct or plenum. Other than that I love using this light!

Good light, weak magnet
This is a good work light, especially if you have a bunch of M12 spare batteries; although there are better options for general use or emergencies. I use it a lot for extra illumination when TIG welding. Puts out a nice wide beam, about 40 degrees wide. It's not smooth, but there are no holes in the beam. There's almost no spill, which is good because when your eyes are outside of the light's projected beam, you don't see any glare. The head angles 90 degrees, and it stands on end (on the battery). Run time is excellent, I tested 4hrs and 20 minutes on a fully charged M12. Output is regulated, so it retains full brightness right up until the battery dies, and then it shuts off. Keep a spare battery handy and you'll always have light, since the M12s charge pretty quickly. My only gripe is that the magnet is so weak it's useless - I stuck it on my fridge and it slid down to the floor. I use a bungee cord to strap it to things, and then with the swivel head you can point it in almost any direction.

Very powerful and useful worklight!
This light is extremely bright for an LED flashlight, my next brightest light gets washed out by the spill of the Milwaukee, nevermind the main beam. The magnet is rubberized so it won't slide down the ferrous surface you stick it to and it's very powerful so it grips easily. The only things I would improve about it is it's ability to point down when hanging by the magnet and maybe add the ability to turn down the brightness for use in close quarters and LED/battery life.

Amazing quality, but because of the design the light is difficult to mount/place. I would prefer the m12 battery with larger the base for more stability on this.

Bright Light but Needs Improvement
I have had 3 work lights over the years and while the brightness has greatly improved, the ergonomics of the light has gotten worse on each new version. The ergonomics was best on the light you made about 15 years ago. The on/off switch was on the back and the head would pivot past 90° so you could have light on the part you are working on while its on a benchtop. The latest version has a bright LED light but the front switch is easy to accidently turn it off when you grab the light, and the head only pivots 90°. It's frustrating to have to find something to put under the light so it will tilt and shine on your benchtop when a simple design change would allow the head to pivot past 90°. Move the switch to the back and allow the head to pivot more and you would have the perfect light. Do your designer actually use the tools they design? If so, they would immediately see the improved user experience these changes would bring.

This is a simple flashlight. Useful for doing basic work in a dim/dark area. It's not a night-cutting spotlight nor is it a search and rescue nightsun...it's just a flashlight. All I wanted was a simple light that would work with my M12 batteries, and this does the trick.
