The difference is you do get a bit more power but you also get an extended run time. Plus the bigger battery does balance the drill a little nicer in your hand. I have 3 and it's nice to have the longer run time . It did save me some time when I was screwing down 3/4" treated lumber for my 8x16 shed floor and knocking in 3 1/2" treated screws from my rim joists into my 2x6 floor framing joists. Would highly reco. you buy the two pack at H/D around the holidays where you often see two for one promotions.
Advertisement for the larger M12 series batteries does state that it is compatible with all M12 series tools. I'd give them a call to verify this.
If your buying just batteries they assume you already have a charger
no it will not work with Ryobi Sa120.
This listing is for the battery only. It and any Milwaukee M12 battery will charge in any of the M12 chargers.
