Outstanding tool. 5 year warranty and so easy to use....
Outstanding tool. 5 year warranty and so easy to use. Makes pvc so archaic. PEX is way easier to work with and faster by far than pvc. And no glue mess to deal with. Connections are flexible and can be easily remade if necessary

Heavy Duty - Almost Complete Kit - Large size heads
This M18 Kit is great except that the smallest size expansion head it comes with is 1". This kit would
be complete if they included all of the smaller sizes down to 3/8" .
The kit comes with:
The M18 cordless expansion tool - It's heavy but it's got lots of power.
3 expansion heads (1", 1 1/4" & 1 1/2")
2 M18 battery packs
A multi-voltage charger (works with both M12 & M18 Battery packs)
A 1.75oz. tube of cone grease
Protective carry case that fits everything
The kit is geared towards larger PEX pipe connections but the fact that the tool can also use smaller size heads they really should have included them. The head size range it can take is 3/8" - 1 1/2" but I have yet to find them in the smaller sizes (under 1") for the M18 tool.
The tool itself is heavy duty and extremely powerful. The expander works really well and makes connections quick and easy. The heads are easily installed/removed by simply hand twisting them (no tools required).
This tool is awesome and the kit is great if you only need the 1" + size heads!

Very impressive tool. It made short work of the 1-1/4” pex connections. I with this technology was around in my 20s. Would’ve saved a lot of time and money!

Does what it's supposed to
It does what its supposed to. Works better and faster than the other, more expensive tool we have. I wrote this review specifically to let milwaukee know it needs a belt hanger. M12 tool has one, and this one is harder to balance on top of a ladder. If it had one I'd give it 5 stars
