Great saw, with a truly AWFUL dust bag zipper
Love the saw, everything up until - of all things - the dust collection bag fails.
Seriously? Who builds anything with a zipper that doesn't self-heal? YKK has been making them for decades, and maybe it would have cost a dollar more to buy a zipper that actually works.
Sorry to rant, but I am a homeowner who bought the tool more as a novelty rather than than to overuse it. And having to replace the whole collector assembly for the sake of a crappy zipper just adds insult.

great little light saw. much easier to drag around than a 12". made a zero gap insert for it so I am sure it will be even better than the sloppy plastic one it comes with.

Quality is a huge let down
Bought this brand new through homedepot during the buy more save more event. Upon opening the box I notice some damage to the saw already. This is minor cosmetic damages that does not affect the performance, however it DOES raise a concern on the quality of the saw itself. I'm a huge milwaukee tool fan. Have over $10,000 invest in their tools and batteries for my home garage alone. And this has alter my perspective and confidence in the line. Overall for the price I got the saw for I cant complain, but i can not in good faith recommend Milwaukee tools if i continue to see this level of "quality."

A significant flaw in mine.
For the most part, I like this saw and what milwaukee is doing. I think for a DIYer it would be fine. That being said, as a pro, this saw doesn't do it. The weight is great and the saw is easy to adjust and tune. the deal breaker is that the table isn't even all the way across. The center of the table sits low and cocked to the side making detailed finish work impossible. Lightweight, decent dust collection, good runtime. Imperfect for a finish carpenter.
