The M18 FUEL 7 in. Variable Speed Polisher is the world's first cordless full-size rotary polisher. By harnessing the power, performance and run-time of M18 FUEL technology, this tool delivers corded performance that allows users to power through the most demanding applications. At more than 1 lb. lighter than corded, and the ability to deliver total control through a variable speed dial and trigger, the new M18 FUEL Polisher frees users from the extra work, distractions, paint damage, and inconvenience caused by cords. Paired with M18 XC 5.0 batteries, the M18 FUEL Polisher can complete a full size car on 1-charge when working on moderate to good paint. The M18 FUEL Polisher is equipped with a rubber over mold front housing to protect the paint from scratches in use as well as a removable dust cover to protect the motor and electronics from wool fibers and residue. The new tool is designed to distribute more of its weight over the pad, providing natural pressure on the surface area and more.

Battery life
Power is emasculate. Overall 90% rating. One thing on box says buff a complete car on one battery life. It barely last three panels. So for that reason I wish it came with two batteries. Perfect very comfortable grip.

Perfect for buffing cars
I bought this polisher to work on some of my antique cars. While expensive, it is a quality tool. It's quite a bit bigger than the standard 5" grinder which it resembles in the pictures. I'm very pleased with the battery life on the 5.0 battery as well.

Works very well and it’s nice not having a cord but I could not get my whole truck out of 1 battery or 3 but it was a big job. Good power and speed selection does the job well.

I love this polisher
I’m a big fan of Milwaukee, have a lot of there tools and swear by them. This polisher is wicked, it’s powerful and efficient, did a two stage polish on my truck with two fully charged 5.0aH batteries. This product is worth the money, and look at that’s shine after! 10/10

A diamond in the rough
I purchased the polisher to refinish Corian countertops and it wasn't practical for me to use an air powered polisher in my client's kitchen due to the extra noise and I hate air hoses. The variable speed settings and the trigger mechanism works fantastic on the Milwaukee polisher. The tool is also extremely quiet making it the perfect choice since my client works from home. Like most of the tools in the Milwaukee Fuel line, I am very satisfied with the craftsmanship. I would reccommend this tool to any professional who has a use for a polisher.
