A: Yes. They work great.
A: Absolutely
A: Hello! The included 3 in. magnetic drive guide features a magnet to hold fasteners to the drive guide, however the drill bit tips are not magnetic.
A: Yes sir
A: yes
A: It is impact rated and works with all standard 1/4" hex head impact drivers, or you can, theoretically, use the bits in the holder as well, but I found it to be uncomfortable and awkward. Honestly, what I like the most are the two bits that fit perfectly into the multi-bit screws on receptacles that they call ECX #1 and ECX #2. If you look at the product page (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-SHOCKWAVE-Impact-Duty-Alloy-Steel-Screw-Driver-Bit-Set-12-Piece-48-32-4507/203086495) it shows the bit in an impact driver.
A: Precisely for 1/4 collet impact drivers
