A: I haven’t tried over glasses but the images were distorted

A:Â Not really. These are similar to a standard pair of wrap-around sunglasses and fit in the same way.
You will need something like the models on this page if you need to fit them over prescription lenses.

Another option is to get them made at one of the online glasses companies. They all offer safety glasses with prescription lenses.

Answer This Question
A:Â I don't know for sure. I haven't cleaned them yet. I started to wipe them with a cloth but I was afraid of messing up the coating. I think I will run some water over them and let them air dry
by|Nov 25, 2020
A:Â We recommend using a soft cloth, similar to a glasses cleaning cloth.
by|Jul 7, 2020
A:Â Just run through with fresh water first then i wiped it with flannel soft cotton or just air dry. You could opt for any lens wipes and cleaner.

Regretful :(
I love milwaukee tools and the brand and it sucks that im writing a poor review. I admit that these glasses are very comfortable to wear but, it didnt take long for the glasses to scuff up. I was only doing some Diy stuff at the time. Not a good sign. They're great for sunglasses though! I think ill stick with 3M for now

Milwaukee 48-73-2005 Tinted Anti-Fog Anti-Scratch Safety Glasses – These safety glasses meet or comply with ANSI Z87.1 and CSA Z94.3, the lens are impact resistant, although not unbreakable…According to Milwaukee these lens will block 99.9% of UVA, 99.9% of UVB and 99.9% of UVC…The nose bridge is manufactured from a soft flexible material, eliminating the need of bending the nose bridge into a comfort position…The temple pieces angle in and therefore provide a secure hold for the glasses, they won’t fall off when bending over…The temple pieces are manufactured form a resin material which if heated with a heat gun could be angled more inward to fit a smaller head…These safety glassed performed as indicated, intended and expected without any problems…
Waste money i cant believe is making cheapy quality

minor scratches within one week
Finally a pair of glasses that fit the width of my face and adjustable nose pads make them a great fit and they are very lightweight, which I like because other glasses tend to fall off my face while i'm working due to poor fitting. These stay on very well.
However, I'm quite clumsy and have dropped these a lot. I've worn this for one week and I'm disappointed that there are minor scratches on the glass.
I would still recommend this pair due to it's lightweight and fitting. It has not fogged up and despite how many times I've dropped it, I suppose it could've been more scratched than it is.

Milwaukee knows that it’s important to protect the eyes and these safety glasses with tinted lenses provide protection, hours of comfort and good looks. Firstly, I wanted to know if I can read a manual, plan or document through these glasses inside a building and, yes, I can, quite comfortably.
Next up was the protection from harsh sunlight; again, these glasses work well. Sure, darker glasses are available but they are not as useable in my every day circumstances.
Comfort is always near the top of the list when it comes to safety glasses and the generous and flexible nose bridge on these glasses works very well in preventing a common pinch point especially on wide bridged noses like mine. The straight-ish arms hold the glasses firmly in place without any discomfort and don’t interfere with my hearing aids. The anti-fog and anti-scratch features further increase comfort and usability.
I did not try out the impact resistance of the lenses to prevent incursion of foreign objects but the standards claimed by Milwaukee, ANSI Z87.1+ and CSA Z94.3 look to be good enough for most of the jobs I get involved in.
As a bonus, the packaging is very easy to open and the glasses come out without any risk of getting scratched. Of course, it is inevitable that these safety glasses will get scratched and damaged – better them than me – and I like to keep a few back up pairs on hand for that very eventuality.

Between home and landscaping projects, dog exercising, and a number of recreational activities, I'm outdoors more than I'm inside. A good, sturdy pair of sunglasses is, therefore, hugely important to me. These Tinted Safety Glasses from Milwaukee meet my needs perfectly. The lenses are thick enough to protect your eyes from flying debris, and the wrap-around design blocks the wind nicely when driving, running or cycling. The flexible frame feels solid yet secure, and can be worn for hours with comfort. And they look great, so they can be worn anywhere. I like these glasses - highly recommended!

These are high quality, light weight, comfortable safety glasses.
These safety glasses are a nice upgrade from the basic single-piece safety glasses I've been using. These have a separate rubber nose piece and flexible over-molded / rubberized bridge and temples.
They fit me well without any adjustment. The clear lens is nice and thick, and looks like it will provide plenty of protection for me for my light woodworking and DIY tasks. The lenses on these glasses don't sit as close to my face as a few other models I have used, so there is a gap between the lens and my face, but that also means that the lens isn't resting against my face or cheeks, so the lens size is a trade-off. I'm okay with this lens for most of my tasks, but if I do metal grinding or concrete grinding where fine debris is flying all over, I'll use safety goggles that have full coverage around my eyes.
I always like to have several pair hanging next to my tool box so that they are always handy. And I seem to gradually lose or misplace my safety glasses, so I like to keep multiple pairs.
The only minor issue I've had with these safety glasses is the black rubber nosepiece. When I first put the glasses on, the black nosepiece is very visible and noticeable in my peripheral vision. After I wear the glasses for a few minutes, my brain seems to be able to ignore it and I don't notice it as much.
But other than that, they are great safety glasses.
