$9 a cubic foot!
Not only is it expensive, it came up mispriced at the register. It is good for plants but whoever came up with the expression "dirt cheap" has not bought miracle-gro!

This is the best cactus soil! My plumeria was dying and after planting it in this soil, it came back to life and began to bloom within a week! I’m getting ready to plant some citrus trees knowing how well my plumerias are doing. I was skeptical because of some of the reviews but I’m so glad I didn’t pay it any mind and bought it anyway. My plumerias are loving this soil ! I highly recommend. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

Transplanting a cactus or agave can be tricky in Phoenix' compact soil. Adding a healthy portion of Miracle-Gro Cactus, Palm and Citrus soil give the roots room to spread out, with plenty of stability. We plated two new tall cacti on a hillside. By mixing the Miracle-Gro with the soil from the original pot and the ground, we got a nice mix that isn't too compact, but still stable enough to support the root structure without adding an artificial support. The transplants look healthy and happy. We're now firm believers in using Miracle-Gro Cactus on all our future transplants!

Was perfect for repotting several root bound indoor succulents. I also mixed this in with some raised bed soil to help it hold water better for the hot Texas summer. That too worked well. I recommend this soil for use where you only water sparingly.
