Love this fan
We secured this fan to a steel I-beam which supports our roof. Aside from our nuanced challenges mounting to an I-beam, the fan itself was easy to install. We love the look of it, the feel and quality seems high end. The fan is suspended about 12’ above our heads.

Nice fan, clean lines, modern without being ultra modern and a preferred look without a center light. But.......advertised as being 62” but no matter which way we measured it, it comes out at 57” or thereabouts, so a good 5” smaller diameter than expected, but still very good looking. Then the bigger problem. We purchased two of these fans. One was installed and operated perfectly, but the second has a pronounced wobble of the whole rotor (base) which in turn then creates a wobble of the shaft rod, thus giving the fan the same look as a wonky hub cap on a wobbly wheel. So, having paid $250 to have a pro install by licensed electrician, the only remedy is having to now pay for it to be uninstalled, buy another fan, pay for that to be installed, and return the faulty one. I’m not a happy bunny. Install cost will now be twice the price of the fans. Warning, not an easy set up and install, you need a pro. On the plus side, comes with a nice in wall switch plate.

worst fan ever
paid way too much for a fan to be this loud. makes clicking noise while running. was installed by professional electrician and they came back out to see why it was making so much noise. they said its the fan. throwing it in the garbage!!

Fan stopped working after 1 week
Installed fan on my front porch. After a week it just stopped working. I was on my porch sitting under it while it was on high speed and it just stopped. Remote is fine as it lights up when I hit the button for the fan. Usually when you hit the button on the remote the fans beeps but not any more. Checked the power and there is power into the remote receiver and power out of the receiver into the fan. Going back and no more Modern Forms for me.

Better than expected
I initially wrote a negative review based on issues with whats in the box. MF contacted me and resolved the issue. After 6 mos of use I’m happy. It’s simple, quiet, moves a lot of air even on lower settings, clearly the customer service speaks for itself.

Multiple Fans Don't Work with Remote
These fans only work with a remote or on your smart phone app. We installed 4. Two of them have been working pretty consistently, but two have not. They will not connect to the wireless, and hence the app. I've contacted customer support and they instructed to turn the breaker on and off, which I did. One time, it worked. Lately, that solution has not been working. Very frustrating with our 90 degree temps and beautiful new pergola with non-working fans. Returning. May work ok if it's only one fan, but multiple fans on the remote and on the app do not work consistently. Wish it had a switch on the wall.
