NOT SAFE FOR PRESSURE WASHERS
I purchased this product last year to use in my pressure washer for cleaning my siding. The product worked fine, but reeked badly of bleach. I went above & beyond the label reccomendations by flushing out my pressure washer 8 times. Spring time 2021 came & I fired up my pressure washer to clean my shed. No water wash coming out of the nozzle, but was spewing out of the water pump. I shut everything down & looked at the pressure washer & was appalled at what I saw. All pics I’ve included in my review are the actual pics I sent to the company that made this product I’m submitting a review on. There was a slight back & forth argument, but I strod my ground & stated facts. I even encouraged the woman to look at the reviews on here & see that I’m not the only one with this problem. After reviewing the pics, they offered me a measly $225 which was 50% of the cost to replace my pressure washer. I refused it & submitted more facts on their misleading label. I told her the product has bleach in it & all pressure washers say No Bleach at the soap reservoir cap. I settled with them on $325 which is 75% the cost to replace my pressure washer. I can sell my wrecked pressure washer to cover the remaining cost. Bottom line is take it from me that you should AVOID putting this in your pressure washer. If you do, expect your pressure washer’s water pump to look like the pics I have here.

This product has an anti-corrosive ingredient to inhibit corrosion and has been tested and proven effective without damage to pressure washers. Any cleaning product should be thoroughly rinsed from the pressure washer directly after using it. Other variables may also contribute to corrosion if moisture is left in the machine or gets in the machine from condensation during storage or if it is exposed to extreme temperatures, to name a few. yes, this works
New home had very dirty siding. I was afraid I would not be able to get it clean and would need costly replacement. Pressurized water alone was not going to get this siding cleaned. I used mold armor multi-purpose cleaner with my new pressure washer and could not be any happier. House is nice and clean now and I even used it on concrete floor and wood. It is a small home and I used 2 bottles. Going back to get more for other little projects like cleaning walkways and stairs. Worked great!

Highly corrosive to power washer parts - False product claims
I bought Mold Armor when I bought a brand new $400 power washer. I chose Mold Armor because it claimed to be safe to use - non-corrosive for power washers. I used the power washer with Mold Armor 1 day, then stored my power washer. A few weeks later I noticed white debris on the floor under my power washer and found that the Mold Armor in the detergent reservoir had caused extensive corrosion to my power washer's pressure plate. The corrosion ate into the metal of the plate so deep that it causes the machine to leak with a very powerful stream spraying out from under the machine. It cost me $200 to repair. I contacted the makers of Mold Armor because their bottle claims that they warrantee their product, and I reported the corrosion. They referred me to a law firm that handles all their product damage claims, and that law firm has been dragging this along for 5 months, and now doesn't return calls or emails asking about the status of getting my warrantee claim paid. This product is NOT SAFE for power washers! The claims on the bottle about being safe and offering warranty coverage are completely false. I'm surprised that responsible retailers still carry this product, especially hardware retailers that sell high quality power washers that are at risk if Mold Armor is used.

Mighty Against Mold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mold Armor E-Z Multi-Purpose Pressure Washer Concentrate on the one gallon jug did a great job on the roof of our covered backyard patio.
The label says that it cleans vinyl, brick, sealed concrete, stucco, painted wood and plastic.
We have large trees in our yard and the pressure washer is fine alone removing debris, but the unsightly mold remained.
The point of having a clear roof was to enjoy the BEAUTY of the outdoors , not the mold stains.
This product improves the performance of our pressure washer. It even contains anti-corrosive agents to protect pressure washer parts while it also kills exterior mold and mildew, and cleans away dirt, grime and mold quickly.
Mold Armor formula works better than using our pressure washer by itself. This would be perfect for cleaning vinyl, aluminum siding, gutters, stucco, trim, plastic, etc. Things like outdoor patio furniture,and children's outdoor toys, which tend to get moldy, would also benefit. I'm all for a product that does what it claims, and gets the job done faster and easier. Mold Armor E-Z Multi-Purpose Pressure Washer Concentrate got our backyard clean and ready for enjoyment.
