You will want to cut these tiles to fit using a power saw with a fine-toothed blade.

Do you need to glue it down?
Please do not glue these tiles down. These tiles are free-floating and made of a polypropylene plastic meaning they will expand and contract based on temperature. When you install you will want to leave 1/2" gap around the perimeter to allow for the tiles to expand as needed.
Can you mix colors like black and alloy
Yes all MotorDeck styles and colors are compatible.
Will water mold under tile or will it dry out.
These tiles have a raised and channeled understructure allowing for airflow underneath the tiles preventing any mold, mildew, or standing water issues.
What type or kind of landscape fabric would you recommend going under the tile to help with the noise? I thought maybe the heavy duty fabric?
Any landscape fabric will work as an underlayment on these tiles to help with noise.
Will these work with snap together with Tracstep interlocking garage tile from American floor mats.com ?
