This pole only extends to 6 feet. How high are your gutters? More than likely this pole while certainly rigid enough to handle the chore it depends on the tool you are using and the height. If you are a shorter person then this pole would require more overhead stress on your arms. You may tire too quickly.
If you had offered more details I may have been able to better answer the question. Depending upon what you are using to clear the gutters that might attach to this pole. I cannot imagine this pole being effective with any attachment I am aware of for gutter cleaning. Not sure if that is helpful or not. There are tools with poles that are specifically made for that task but I have not heard of any of them that works as well as a qualified person paid to do the task. Depending upon variables, your money may be best spent of the purchase of quality gutter guards. I recommend talking with a trustworthy roofer in your local area.
