How much does the stone weigh?

This baking stone is made from food grade cordierite material.
Looking for max Fahrenheit Usage temperature?
We recommend not exceeding 500F, although these stones can handle all of the heat your grill can dish out, and will continue to produce great results every time.
Can this be used in indoor oven
We are unable to advise if the Napoleon Rectangular Baking Stone can be used in an indoor over. We have only tested it for use wit our grills.
Would it be safe or even recommended if I were to keep this stone on the bottom rack in my oven (elec. convection oven) all the time EXCEPT for when I move that rack up to the proper position to use it. (For storage and ease of using because of weight.)
As we have only tested the Napoleon Rectangular Baking Stone in our grills we are unable to recommend keeping the stone in the oven.
