Eliminate standing water on hardscapes before it damages your property. The 3 in. Pro Series Channel Drain is ideal for draining moderate water flows flooding surfaces such as driveways, concrete and paver patios, courtyards, and walkways. Multipack comes with three 3 in. Pro Series Channel Drain Kits, and each kit includes a 4-1/8 in. deep polypropylene channel with bottom outlet, gray polyethylene grate, end cap/outlet, end cap. Modular design with interlocking joints for easy connections. Channels connect together for longer runs and can be cut to lengths as short as 4 in. using the saw guide found between the rib and stabilizing rib. Channel drains, also called trench drains, are long, narrow drains that collect and convey surface water to drain pipes, which carry the water downstream to discharge with a pop-up emitter, or to percolate into the ground with a dry well or infiltration trench. NDS channel and trench drains are designed for durability, drainage, and performance, and are a proven alternative to traditional concrete drains. Find the best channel drain or trench drain system for your needs with the NDS Channel Drain Selector tool. NDS is the leader in stormwater management solutions, the preferred choice of professionals, and the largest supplier of channel drains in North America. Our commitment is to provide proven products, tools, and expert support to help you get the job done right.

Yes, in a 4" collar of newly poured concrete for a Class "B" load rating, that would be 4" to both sides as well as under the channel and recessed by 1/4" from the top edge of concrete. Details available at www.ndspro.com under the specification section on the homepage
This has the bottom and end outlets available for this 3" system. The 5" size allows for side outlets for the channel system
The "Kit" would include: Channel, (2) grates, screws, end cap and end outlet. A complete box will have (10) Kits inside. For a 4" HDPE pipe you will need NDS part#451.
Yes, as they are to connect with the Male and Female ends as in the included installation page.
yes you can connect 2 or more together
That would not be a typical installation for a channel drain system as it is intended to capture surface water and run to a discharge location via pipe. For this type of application you could use the EZ-Flow product for a French drain alternative
Hi SAda, if you plan to saw cut the concrete and drop the 3" Pro Series channel into place, please note that the channel features rebar clips on either side that will need to be removed, leaving a width of 4-1/16" Once you've cut the concrete and are ready to install the channel, you'll need to add some concrete at the base of the channel to secure it and prevent any movement, shifting, or twisting. After installation, it's also advisable to apply some Sica Flex between the concrete and the channel (seem) to create a good seal. If you have any further questions, you are always welcome to contact us at 800-726-1994
Hi JJdp, our Pro Series channel drain is not a pre slope system. Sorry, for the inconvenience.
BCurrin, if you are using 3" Sch40 it will not work directly to the 3" Pro Series Channel Drain. you will need an adapter part# 3P15 - PVC adapter, 3" Sch40 Hub x S&D Hub. to make the connection.
